ExpoScan

Built for trade shows

Photographed a business card — the record is already in your database.

Send a photo of the card to our Telegram bot and dictate what you agreed on. Half a minute later a finished record is in your account: contacts, messengers, commitments, next step. In the evening at the hotel — export to Excel, or straight into Bitrix24 and amoCRM.

100 credits on sign-up — that is 10 business cards. Enough to tell whether this is for you. No card details needed.

The account interface and the bots are in Russian; this page is translated so that you can understand the service and tell your own customers about it.

Russia · China · India · any language on the card
There is a MAX bot — it works without a VPN. Telegram is under restrictions in Russia, and at a trade show that lets you down at the worst possible moment. Collect wherever suits you: records from both bots land in the same account.

How it works

Three things to do at the booth

Everything else happens without you, while you walk to the next booth.

01

Photo of the card

Send the shot to the bot: the whole card, in focus, nothing extra around it. Russian, English, Chinese — any language. Then move on to the next booth: processing runs in the background and the record appears in your account by itself.

02

Say what you agreed on

In your own words, no set phrases. "They will send a quote by Friday, samples at their expense" — it sorts itself into the right fields.

03

Open your account in the evening

Every record of the day, the commitments, the next steps. Filters, statuses, export to Excel and to your CRM in one click.

In chat

What it looks like at the booth

A real conversation from a phone: the same card and the same record you see in the account below. One bot lives in both Telegram and MAX — records land in a single account.

Chat with the bot: a show is selected, a photo of a business card is sent
You told it where to file them. The show name once per shift. After that you just take photos.
The bot has replied with a finished record: company, person, phone numbers, email, website, address
Half a minute later — a finished record. Company, person, phone numbers, email, website, address. Already in your account.
A voice note broken down: the meeting, the commitments, the next step
You spoke, it sorted the fields. The meeting, the commitments, the next step. Balance and the day summary are right there too.

Your account

By evening everything is already sorted

Nothing to type in by hand: while you walk the booths, the records build themselves. Below are real screens of the account; only the companies are made up.

The list of shows in the account: country, city, how many records collected The A show screen: the list of companies, next steps, statuses and priorities A company record: the recognised fields with the photo of the card beside them Next steps: the promises made at the booth, with deadlines and companies

Every show separately: how much you collected, what is waiting to be checked, where you have been. The country is filled in from the city automatically.

Where it works

Where you collect, and what we recognise

Two different questions, and they often get mixed up. Where you collect — wherever we have a bot: Telegram and MAX, both live. What we recognise — everything printed on the card, whether or not we have a bot in that messenger. And more than what is printed: from the company website we build a dossier and find its competitors through live search — that is already included in processing a card.

A handle from any of them ends up in the record — next to the email, phone numbers, website, company, job title and address. The country beside the name is only a hint about which messenger suppliers there use most often. We recognise these four and any others: everything printed on the card.

Questions

The short answers

What if the card is in Chinese or Hindi?

It is recognised — as are Arabic, Korean, Japanese and Turkish. The record will show three spellings of the company name at once: the original (for example 深圳市泰科电子有限公司), a transliteration in Latin letters (pinyin for Chinese) and a translation into Russian. The same goes for the person's name.

Why three: the original is what you search by in Chinese registries and in WeChat, the transliteration is what an invoice and a contract need, and the translation is so that you yourself know who you are talking to. And the most practical part: you can show the original spelling to the supplier straight from your phone screen — he will recognise his own company name even if your English did not get you there.

Address, job title and product name are handled the same way. Phone numbers, email and website are kept as they are.

Do I need a VPN?

Not for the account: ExpoScan opens in an ordinary browser like any website. Collecting needs a messenger, and we have two: a Telegram bot and a MAX bot. Telegram is under restrictions in Russia and for some people it will not open without a VPN — then use MAX: it is not blocked and needs no VPN. You can connect both; records from either land in the same account, and the wallet is shared too.

What if the company name was not recognised?

First we try again with a different model — that happens by itself and costs you nothing. If that one did not manage either (usually the photo is at fault: blurred, cropped, a glare), the record is still saved and goes to the "Needs checking" section together with the photo. You type the name in the evening, when you have a minute. No credit is charged for such a record.

Does it work for a team on one booth?

Yes. The owner registers the company and invites staff with a link from the account. Each person sets up their own login and connects their own Telegram or MAX — one tap, a personal link. After that everyone collects into the same show, the credit wallet is shared, and every record shows who brought it in. All of them can work at once, as long as there are credits on the balance.

Is it even legal to collect other people's business cards?

Yes. A business card is handed to you precisely so that you get in touch; you process the contact for your own business purposes and remain responsible for it — exactly as if you had put the cards in a folder. ExpoScan acts here on your instructions (Article 6(3) of Federal Law 152-FZ) and does not use your contacts for its own purposes.

On our side: KADELAB LLC is entered in Roskomnadzor's register of personal data operators — registration number 77-26-569251, order No. 487 of 3 September 2026. The data sits on servers in Russia, and recognition runs on our own hardware: photos of business cards and voice notes are not sent to outside recognition services. Details are in the personal data processing policy.

What do I do with it all afterwards?

Export from the account or straight from the bot: Excel, CSV, JSON. The CSV file loads into amoCRM and Bitrix24 through their own import — so moving contacts into your CRM is possible today. Direct API transfer and Google Sheets are next in line.
